660 HP V-12 SUPERCHARGED TWR SUPERCAT

This November, one brand has captured the spotlight like no other. Jaguar is undergoing a bold transformation, redefining its future with an ambitious rebrand centered around electrification. While some embrace the shift, others remain unaware of Jaguar’s storied legacy of performance machines. Just as it seemed the past was being left behind, TWR emerged at the perfect moment, unveiling its first creation: the Supercat.

Nearly 40 years after the original TWR conquered racetracks, Tom Walkinshaw’s son, Fergus, has reignited the legendary name with a modern masterpiece based on the Jaguar XJS. Initially teased in striking 3D renders, the Supercat has now become a reality, delivering on every promise. Developed over three years by some of the most skilled engineers in modern motorsport, this machine is a purist’s dream—an analog, high-performance grand tourer built for those who crave an unfiltered driving experience.

Inspired by the XJR and XJ Models

Drawing inspiration from iconic Jaguar race cars like the XJR-9, XJR-15, and XJ220, TWR has meticulously re-engineered the XJS with cutting-edge materials and advanced production techniques. A new tubular steel framework, combined with lightweight carbon-fiber body panels, sheds 9.3% of the original car’s weight, bringing the Supercat down to a lean 1,605 kilograms. Credit for the aggressive yet refined redesign goes to Khyzyl Saleem (@TheKyza), who has truly elevated the XJS to a new level of performance and aesthetics.

Beneath the sculpted carbon-fiber hood lies a hand-built, supercharged V12—a masterpiece of engineering developed entirely in-house by TWR. With an exhilarating 660 horsepower and 730Nm of torque, the Supercat delivers raw, uncompromised performance, blending classic Jaguar heritage with modern-day precision. Whether carving through winding roads or dominating the racetrack, it offers a visceral experience few cars can match.

Now open for orders

Production is strictly limited to just 88 units, with each car individually commissioned to its owner’s specifications. This is more than just a limited-edition super-GT—it’s a revival of Jaguar’s motorsport spirit, reimagined for the modern era. For those lucky enough to secure one, the Supercat represents the perfect fusion of history, innovation, and performance. And we can’t get enough of it.

This version keeps the energy and excitement while refining the structure and professional tone. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
